Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives; monitor and analyze performance metrics to continually improve engagement.
Create engaging and innovative content for our social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Lead social media campaigns, from concept through execution, including paid media strategies, to enhance brand awareness and drive traffic to Amazon platforms.
Manage and grow online communities by engaging users through active conversation, responding to comments, and fostering brand loyalty.
Collaborate across teams including marketing, customer service, and product management to ensure a unified brand message.
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging social media platforms, integrating best practices into our social media approaches.
Analyze social media metrics and compile reports on campaign performance; provide actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.
Organize and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content distribution across platforms.
Monitor online conversations about our brand and respond appropriately, managing reputational risks and customer relations.
Deliver training and guidance on social media best practices to internal stakeholders, creating a shared vision and understanding of our brand's voice.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Proven track record of developing effective social media strategies and campaigns with measurable success.
Strong understanding of social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
Knowledge of paid advertising on social platforms and experience managing budgets effectively.
Familiarity with SEO principles and the ability to apply them in social media content.
